Return Policy

At Olfa Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 2 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned. Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

3. Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at info@olfa-fragrances.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Package the item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the item to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order on our website.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

7. Fragrance Recommendations & Returns

If you are unsure which fragrance to choose, feel free to ask for a recommendation! We can also include a complimentary sample with your order. If you decide the recommended product or sample isn’t right for you, you may return it immediately, unopened, in the presence of the delivery person. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (Sunday-Thursday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

We offer multiple shipping methods within Cairo and certain zones:

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. We offer free standard shipping on orders over EGP 1,650.00. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
